GENERAL NOTES
1. Chico Buarque wrote this song in 1969, but my transcription is based
on Bebel Gilberto's 2000 recording. (Bebel did the vocal; Celso Fonseca
played the guitar.) Caetano Veloso also did a great recording of this
song.
2. Lyrics were borrowed from http://w3.impa.br/~nivaldo/chico/all.html.
I've changed all the accented characters to make this document friendly
for 7-bit ASCII newsreaders.

TECHNICAL NOTES
1. Standard tuning, no capo. 4:4 time.
2. Pluck the chords, don't strum.
3. Chords are listed below in order of appearance in the song (roughly).
4. I apologize for any incorrect chord names.  Most of them are right,
but many were tough to name. When more than one chord name might have
been appropriate, I tried to use the most logical name.
5. Several chords have two different voicings at different points in the
song. Both voicings are listed for these chords. The asterisk (*)
indicates where  alternate voicing should be used.
6. The A/G chord in the "B" section is not quite right. I'd welcome any
suggestions.
